The hotel itself was beautiful, in a great location in Avon, at the base of Beaver Creek. Stayed in a one bedroom villa, with ... a seperate living room and kitchen. Quiet and nice. Main problem was housekeeping. Supposed to clean entire villa everday and replace certain items as needed. Complained to staff about this, but never was fixed during stay. After speaking with manager about problem though, she was very sympathetic and apologized for inconvenience. Made sure I was happy when we left. Overall, very nice place to stay and relax.
