Please Note
During the summer months when the fountains are playing (Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays) there will be an extra fee of $12 to visit the gardens. Tickets for the gardens will be available at the Gray Line bus terminal before the departure of the tour.

Redemption Instructions

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. You must print and present this voucher in order to redeem services. You must call Gray Line Paris to confirm your tour. The contact information will appear on your voucher.

Voucher may be redeemed for Versailles Apartments. Voucher may only be redeemed once.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
