At check in I was told that the main building was closed and the building we were staying at did not have the pool available ... to us. I have stayed at this Condo complex several other times for soccer and it was fine but the building (Vail 21) that they put us in was old, the room was dirty, trash was left under the sink in the bathroom, chairs in dis-repair and the couch was too gross to even sit on. Thank God it was only one night. I will not take a team back nor will I stay again.

The Landmark Vail Properties was ok at best. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the noise level was terriable. The people ... above us sounded like they were either in our livingroom or bedroom. It's right by highway 70 so even with your windows closed you hear the traffic all night long. I would rate this a 1 out of 5. The staff was very nice and friendly but it didn't out weight the dicomfort of the room. The only good thing is all we did was sleep there.
