Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you'll get an e-mail linking to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print the voucher and present it in order to gain admission or redeem services.
Please take this voucher to the group window at Universal Studios. Please be prepared to show a valid form of identification that matches the name on the voucher. At the group window they will exchange your voucher for one that will be valid for two consecutive days. The group window is located to the left of the turnstiles when you are facing the entrance.
Terms and Conditions
Voucher may be redeemed for admission to Universal Studios. Voucher may only be redeemed once. Does not include admission to special, separately ticketed events.
