With a wide variety of unit-styles and floor plans to choose from, no longer does direct Gulf front on Longboat Key mean sacrificing your entire vacation budget. This tropical resort is an affordable option for traveling families, couples, or anyone drawn to miles of soft sand. Some of the features of this resort include a large putting green to practice your game, a shuffleboard court, a community pool, BBQ area, complimentary lounge chairs, on-site management, and ideal Longboat Key location. Many of these units include private lanais overlooking the Gulf - so stop imagining your perfect vacation, and start living it. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. The front desk is open Monday-Sunday, 7 days a week, from 9am-5pm. All bookings will incur a reservation processing fee equal to 5 percent of rental amount plus tax. Additionally, a damage waiver is required. For stays 2-3 nights- 25.00 USD plus tax. For stay 4 nights or more, 50.00 USD plus tax. 6 percent includes damage waiver. Check-in at location. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call the main office at 866-542-1974, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Whether you like to spend your time shelling, biking, shopping, fishing, golfing, or dining, opportunities for these activities are boundless on Longboat Key. Known as private island paradises, there are accommodations here to suit everyone.

An absolute a hoax

The views of the representative room was an injustice: - the room was next to a primary, noisy road - the office was ... close when we arrive, 5 pm, our keys were left in a black box by the office - the room patio door was in poor condition overlooking a very shady area -patio door shades (5) were laying on the floor, I had to install for some semblance of privacy - it was very difficult to access somebody to change the room, when we did there was no cooperation. I don't believe anybody was staying there, in any of the rooms, it would have seem that the owners would work with us to change to a better, or livable room. - we did not stay there, but fled and stayed in a marketable room.
