Hotel staff very friendly, good location. The rooms need upgrading. New paint and mattresses would be very helpful. The card ... keys would not work, very difficult to use.

Would recommend to a friend!

We attended the Great Lakes Medieval Faire. We were gone all day and returned late into the evening. It was very ... frustrating to have to go to the lobby and have the key cards reprogrammed each evening. The Pool and the Hot Tub were very nice. The bed was firm, the shower was hot. It would have been great to have a small refrigerator in the room!

Previously I had reserved a room online and had a horrible experience with the location, cleanliness and overall service ... received. I was very pleasantly surprised with not only the hotel but also the location dining and shopping was very conveintly located. This was a leisure trip for myself and a couple of friends and I would definately recommend it

This is the second time we've stayed here when in the Cleveland because the location is great, the price is wonderful and it ... has an indoor pool. If you can get past the green water, the pool is relaxing and fun. The rooms are clean, but in need of some maintenance.

Hotel check-in is 2:00, we arrived at 1:40 and thought we'd see if we could check-in a bit early before heading to our ... destination. The room was not ready which is fine, we were didn't expect to check-in early, just hoped. We left for lunch came back at 3:00, one hour after check-in time and still not ready. They decided to give us the room next door to the one they had planned on assigning us. In the room, the air conditioner did not work well, cranked up to max the room never did get comfortable. The toilet was filled with brown "something" and paper towels (?). Fortunately it did flush without overflowing, but not a pleasant sight to walk into. There was also a brown streak on the wall of the room...we let our imaginations run wild about what that was. The only positives was that the manager let us stay in the pool about 20 minutes after it closed because we wanted a quick dip after returning from our destination and the continental breakfast was nice for a quick bite before we left. We didn't want to pay much for a hotel because we weren't planning on spending any more time there then to just sleep and I can tell you.....you certainly get what you pay for. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very dirty rooms/bed linens!

The Travelodge pool was filthy and uninviting for swimming. The rooms and bed linens were dirty and body hairs were in the ... four rooms and were in the sheets. Bathrooms were dirty making us wonder if they had housekeeping services.The manager showed us four rooms and he could not snow us a clean one. The kids were grossed out and offered to sleep in the car. We quickly left and checked in elsewhere.
