Not a hotel room, but a small apartment, full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, cookware. Small grocery store across the ... street. Neighbohood new, clean and upscale like the hotel. Staff was intelligent and attentive, and the whole place smelled so good! Less than two miles from the Convention Center where I was attending a weekend seminar. It was nice to get out of the business class environment and stay somewhere more home-like. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is in prime position in downtown Minneapolis. My friends and I just stayed for one night, the purpose of the trip ... to have a girls night out on the town. We were able to take a cab to the bars for less than $10. The hotel room was spacious, with 2 bedrooms (we had a suite) and was way cheaper than the other downtown options (for a suite!). It even had a kitchen stocked with dishes for us to use. The staff was great, very welcoming and helpful with directions. That night while we got ready there were not very many channels... all we wanted was some music and it would have cost $10. Also, the next morning I would have killed for a continental breakfast, however there is a convenience store right across the street. I think this hotel is prime for just coming and going and doesn't offer these things with the trade-off of being cheap. I would stay here again.

There was no restaurant in the hotel so we had to go elsewhere to eat. The front desk does not answer the phone in a timely ... manner. We were also a block away from a lot of pornography stores.

It had everything we needed. Had three teenagers and they enjoyed the pool, pool table, areas. Were impressed with the grill ... by the pool. Made hot dogs. Personnel was very nice to the kids as well.

Visited with family - wanted to be able to cook in the hotel room - and also have some privacy - It worked out well - rooms ... were clean - staff was pleasant - the parking situation was a little stressful - During the week there is metered parking - or you can pay $10 a day to park - it was hard finding a spot on the street to save some money - but it worked out eventually as everyone is coming and going - just had to walk a little... Overall - we had no complaints

We came to Minneapolis for a wedding and opted to stay here rather than where the couple had reserved rooms . We wanted the ... convenience of the kitchen and the extra room and did not want to be in the heart of the downtown.. It is located in the Warehouse District which is being revitalized - lots of condos, studios, etc. and just a really neat area. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very, very couteous and helpful. They have these great printed cards with very specific directions on how to get to and from places and this wall map where they point everything out. Taxis are quick to arrive and you can get buses and the lite rail within walking distance. The river is just two blocks away and there is a wonderful walking/riding path that goes along it. They even have a pool table!! Many restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay!!!!!!!

Even if you are not a shopper take the lite rail out to the Mall of America - the ride is great ( and cheap)and it is something to see!

Building is new in the refurbished warehouse district. Very nice rooms. Close to many clubs. New baseball field just a few ... blocks from hotel. Would recommend to others. Super clean & very secure building.

Even if you are not a shopper take the lite rail out to the Mall of America - the ride is great ( and cheap)and it is something to see!
