Toronto experience

This hotel is right on top of a subway stop on the east/west line. Lots of coffee shops nearby. Great hot dog stands ... everywhere. Toronto is a busy place: lots of traffic, lots of people. Good transit is important and this hotel is right on top of it. Internet is extra ($13/24hrs.) The hotel does not have it's own parking: it shares 3 levels of underground parking with the Bay. I can envision times when parking is full: there's no guarantee of parking just because you are a hotel guest.

We spent little time at the hotel, but by the time my family were there the service was great. The beds were comfortable and ... it offered a friendly customer service.

Easy access to subway and shopping
Jill Nov 30, 2008
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Access to the subway and shopping was very convenient. My only ... disappointment was the room was very warm. Even though we had a thermostat in the room, changing the temperature did nothing. I believe it is at a set degree and controlled by the hotel. We only ate breakfast one day and opted for the buffet. Unfortunately all the food was cold and very pricey. They did serve good coffee!
