Built at the cliff's edge with dramatic views of the silver sands of Anse Cochon and the azure sea below, the latest addition to Ti Kaye is the Kai Koko Spa.This intimate spa has 3 Treatment Rooms crafted, as its Creole name suggests, from richly grained Coconut Wood and local Bamboo Trees.
The must : a Relaxation / Meditation Room with a Private Jacuzzi perfectly positioned to take in the stunning Caribbean views and open yourself to the ultimate Magic of Ti Kaye Drawing inspiration from the location, the smells, the colors and nature, the Spa Menu features Treatments and Rituals created locally using St Lucia Treasures : natural, organic ingredients plucked from the virgin rainforest, lush mountain valleys and the mineral-rich, crystal waters of the island.
Guests at Ti Kaye can now indulge themselves in a range of exotic, fruity and tropical top treatments devised exclusively for Kai Koko. Start with a gently exfoliating mango, papaya cream body scrub, followed by a detoxifying and hydrating coconut wrap infused with Caribbean herbs and virgin coconut oil, and a super-creamy coconut facial cleanse. Rinse off and enjoy a rich anti-oxidant full body chocolate oil massage and a sea-mineral foot mask blended from natural kelp.
With a name like Kai Koko, it is not surprising that both cocoa and coconut feature in many of the spa's signature treatments, among them the chocolate body scrub which uses raw cocoa and nutmeg, and the coconut moisturizer which contains fresh coconut cream and other ingredients.
In addition, Kai Koko offers a wide range of Massage and Package options from Traditional Asiatic Massage, Shiatsu, Creole Bamboo Stick Massage to Chocolate or Lovers, or Coconut Milk Packages, all expertly executed by two highly trained Balinese Spa Professionals who have had extensive experience at the Indian Ocean Deluxe Resort.

Amazing, beautiful and charming

Ti Kaye is a hidden treasure. The resort is somewhat far away from the larger towns in the island and the approach road ... leaves a bit to be desired... BUT Ti Kaye is probably the most amazing place we've stayed at in a long while. Its location (perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean sea) and ambiance (the forest on the hillside surrounding the resort is cleared just enough to ensure that each cottage has a great view and has sufficient privacy) is just unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, awesome rum punch at the bar. The beach has a great diving school attached to it. Very cool open air shower. We'd definitely go back there every time we're in St. Lucia!

This resort is absolute paradise. The people were friendly and wonderful. It is very secluded, quiet and relaxing. The spa ... was amazing, beautiful location. The snorkeling and kayaking were excellent. The food and service were great. Our room was so pretty, the outdoor shower was heavenly. The plunge pool and hammock were lovely. We had a great time. It is a once in a lifetime trip, we will definitely go back.

Couple in need of a vacation! Jul 1, 2009
The staff was very attentive, friendly, and always available! The sommolier was right on the mark! It doesn't get much ... better! Be prepared for the long climb from the beach (the hotel is on a cliff after all), the do have a service that will drive you up if you really don't thnk you can make it! We didn't get the dip pool but I think next time we will, it would have been nice to relax in after dinner, etc...

Be prepared for the people selling their wares. Always barter as there is quite a bit of negotiating room!

Great Honeymoon spot, average food!
justmarriedintn May 12, 2009
The staff were overall extremely friendly and helpful (with a few exceptions.) You must go to the spa-the ladies from Bali ... are fabulous and that was by far the best thing about the resort. They treat you like royalty and massage you perfectly! When we got to the beach we were surprised to see how it was gray/brown sand and very rocky. Snorkeling was available and great-several boats from other resorts came to the beach to snorkel there as well. It rained for three straight days and the only thing to do was the spa. I would suggest a special events person to coordinate activities for inclement weather and for all the time, as the only things to do are take tours, go to the beach/pool, or the spa. The food, for the price, was at best average and overseasoned. The Beach Bar/Grill actually had better food than the restaurant. Breakfast time was a buffet with basically the same food each day and you being hounded by the local birds for your meal. We tried dessert several times for dinner and a few times found it stale and one night even had carrot cake that was "green" and tasted like saran wrap. My husband had back spasms from the mattress in the room and we requested it be changed. It took them two days to do so, and only after he was laid up all afternoon with back pain. But the night staff in the restaurant and wine expert [...] were friendly and great, and the beach staff were great as well. Rooms were great, great view of the Carribean Sea and complete with hammock and a wonderful outdoor shower! All in all it was a great place for a honeymoon, and the only things lacking were the food, the rocky beach, and the feeling like we were nickeled and dimed to death. Next time we will try an all-inclusive for comparison.

Unbelievable
Newlyweds May 12, 2009
Friendlist staff we have ever encountered. By end of the first day every staff member knew our name. What ever our needs they ... accomadatred us. Arranging tours, seeing that we were were well taken care of. Breakfast meals ,are the only complaint. They were the same every day- good, but always the same. Other meals were well varied. Price for breakfast and dinner was average, evening meals (90-130-US) tended to be on the expensive side. No real options for meals, given resort is not close to anything else. Taxi's are expensive (50 US). We purposly picked this resort knowing all these things and we have no regrets. The staff are so wonderful, and the place is so beautiful we feel we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recomend this resort.Great for snorkeling and diving, calm waters,a few friendly locals selling there goods

Tikaye March 2009
Erin Apr 22, 2009
Absolutely loved Tikaye. The staff was fantastic, very accomodating and really made an effort to get to know us. The ... locations is nothing short of amazing with the individual bungalows that were to die for. Great mix of activities to do on and offsite. I would say that some of the activities were better than others and all felt a little overpriced for what you got.
