As always, the staff at the Westin were fantastic. The front desk was quick and professional. the room was very modern and ... relaxing. I would stay again and plan too very soon. The concierge was a little touchy about the luggage carts as they both times i used them demanded i return them immediately and in fact followed me out to the parking lot to make sure i returned the cart on my leaving. i guess losing a small tip makes them angry. but other than the slightly aggressive baggage guys, the stay was excellent.

They have friendly staffs and comfortable rooms, but they need to have better alarm and electrical systems. During the first ... night of stay, they have a problem with their fire alarm and it sounds at 6am - 7am. Every guests in the hotel was woke up and went down to the lobby. It took them one hour to stop the sound. On the 3rd morning of our stay, they have electrical problem and there was no hot water. I was literally taking a shower with cold water. These things are not acceptable for a 3 - 4 stars hotel!!!
