The Phoenix at Steamboat is located just a block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way. These Steamboat Springs condominiums are beautifully furnished and offer floor plans from spacious four bedroom layouts to smaller, elegant two bedroom condominiums. The clubhouse at The Phoenix even features a large screen movie theater. Considered one the finest locations in Steamboat Colorado for families, ski clubs/groups, reunions or business retreats. The Phoenix is close to all that the Steamboat Ski Area has to offer. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- 2 bedroom- USD 35.00, 3 bedroom- USD 50.00, 4 bedroom - USD 65.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is located at 2145 Resort Drive, suite 100. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 10am. Minimum check-in age is 21. Check-in is at 2145 Resort Drive, suite 100. Please have your confirmation and valid ID. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays: 2 bed- USD 35.00, 3 bed- USD 50.00, 4 bed USD 65.00. If arriving after hours please check-in at Mountain Resorts Office located at 2145 Resort Dr. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway. Steamboat Springs is a world class ski resort with top of the line boutiques, numerous fine dining and casual restaurants, sophisticated spas, and enough adventure to satisfy everyone. Great fall getaway!
It was a great time to visit Steamboat. Not too busy and The Phoenix was in a great location, not far from downtown but in ... the quiet ski village. Weather was lovely and shopping was great! Many sales! There is a big variety of good restaurants. We always visit Johnny B Good's for a wonderful old fashioned malt, burger and onion rings!!!

Great fall getaway!
It was a great time to visit Steamboat. Not too busy and The Phoenix was in a great location, not far from downtown but in ... the quiet ski village. Weather was lovely and shopping was great!
