The New York Pass offers visitors several benefits:

•  Value - Each pass offers admission to attractions and destinations with one low price. In addition, the passes offer exclusive discounts on meals, added value items and shopping.
•  Flexibility - With a choice of 30-40 attractions, you can plan your itinerary ahead of time or decide what you are doing that day. You can experience the city based on your personal preference. Since there are no pre-purchased individual tickets, you are not locked in to any one thing and can explore the city at your own pace.
•  Ease - A simple card that fits in your wallet or pocket means no fumbling for cash and no lost or misplaced tickets. Admission to everything is contained in one pre-paid card. Individual guidebooks make navigating the city simple and fun.

Please be sure to follow all instructions for visiting the attractions. Some may require that you call ahead, or have certain restrictions. Also, please review guidebook for individual attraction closure information. Important: There is no re-admission on the same day -- only one visit per attraction per day for each pass purchased.

Redemption Instructions

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a link to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print and present the voucher in order to receive your New York Pass. You must bring the voucher to the Power Pass voucher redemption center located at:

Terms and Conditions

Voucher may be redeemed for The New York Pass. Voucher may only be redeemed once.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
