A Nice Stay

Really nice hotel for the 71 dollars I paid for our single king first floor room. Our room was at the back of the hallway ... right next to the back door, I would not have wanted one of the front rooms, they are literally attached to the lobby with the elevator right there and restaurant doors. Clean room, nice accommodations, refrigerator in room, nice clean big bathroom, comfortable bed. No complaints.

My flight was delayed and I didn't get to San Jose Saturday, therefore, I couldn't stay. I had pre-paid and called Orbitz ... Saturday night to see if I could get a refund, but, the recorded message said that I would have to pay 105.00 cancellation fee. I'm very upset as I had to pay to stay in Atlanta, therefore, I paid for 2 hotels and used 1. Orbitz advertises no cancellation fee, but that's not what your message told me. I won't use your site again. Had I gone directly to the hotel, they told me they would have been able to cancel and I may have had a 25.00 fee, which would have been fine. Instead, I am out 105.00 for that room

A Nice Stay

Warm, friendly hotel with excellent service and caring staff. Located right off the freeway exit which was great for us ... since we were up and gone to Palo Alto or San Francisco every morning. The staff knows you by name and checks to make certain everything is great. Rooms were spacious, nicely furnished and impeccable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

good location and very nice room staff very nice and capable went to mountain winery for pretenders concert about 6 miles ... away checkin a little late so ms fleming gave us complimentary breakfast the next morning which we missed because we slept til 1030 we were told of a restaurant about 2 blocks south called bill of fare that was wonderful for breakfast

This was a very affordable alternative to staying in overpriced Santa Cruz. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed free ... parking, free wifi, free breakfast and smaller amenities. It's also quite handy to San Jose Airport.

We were attending a school reunion, and stayed a night in this hotel. Clean, well situated, friendly staff and a setting ... that exceeded our expectations. The room is big enough, with everything from an iron and hair dryer to bath robes and mini bar. We did not use the pool or the facilities, but they looked great. Would come again and recommend to anyone!

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very courteous, the room was clean and spacious and I ... loved the underground parking. I will definately stay at this hotel again on my next trip to San Jose. I also loved the fact that Tony Roma's and Applebee's were within walking distance.

Travelling with a 3 yo and 7 yo is challenging. The staff at the Moorpark hotel went out of their way on a daily basis to ... ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From check-in to check-out the front desk was prompt, courteous, and quick to offer help. The Moorpark kept us well rested and low stress for our family vacation. There are several walking distance restaurants, including Tony Roma's and Applebees. There is also a mall about 3 miles away with many restaurants. This was a great pick, made solely based on other reviews.
