The Inn at Penn

Overall - there are better hotels for the price. I would look for another next time in Philly. The room was very expensive ... considering but the quality was not in keeping with it. For example, the envelope containing the room key card says there will be a bill under the door on checkout morning for rapid checkout. I expected it. There wasn't and the desk said they had discontinued that policy. They could have said so at checkin. The hotel "nickel and dimes" you. The toilet seat was loose. I tightened it myself. The TV remote did not operate on the last day of my stay. The hot water was discontinued during some repairs making a very early moring shower impossible. No adjustment on the room charge. Staff was fine but that is to be expected at the room price.
