Good location in Hong Kong but not clean

I stayed in Hong Kong for 5 days for holidays and business. The hotel was well situated and had a free-shuttle stop to ... Kowloon Station and the International Airport. Staff was kind. However I asked for a non-smoking room and the room stinked smoke. I asked to get another room, but they didn't give me a new one, arguing there was no place more in the hotel. Carpet was dirty in the corridors on my floor, and inside the lifts.

Good and varied shopping sites. Good restaurants too. A short walk from the harbor, allowing to take the ferry to Central or other islands.
