This hotel was in a great location on Miami beach. It was right in front of the beach. It was midpoint between Lincoln Rd ... where there were some awesome restaurants and Nikki Beach which is a great place to chill by the beach and eat all day. The rooms are very spacious and they include a full kitchen so we'd buy some groceries from the Walgreen and store snacks in the fridge. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The plumbing was being worked on and the bathroom faucet would come on automatically with a hiss or rumble. The cleaning ... staff were ok - but with decent daily tips I wouldn't rave. Front desk staff are friendly but far from outgoing.

My husband I went to South Beach for my birthday weekend; and the staff, cleanliness of the facilty,etc., made for our flight ... on the way there(which was down right HORRIBLE!!)I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again....

You cannot beat the location: right on Ocean Drive, across the street from the beach, steps away from the Ocean Drive and ... Collins Ave. scene, Lincoln Road, etc. The room itself was fine, a good-size suite, no problems with noise at night. The staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating with our requests. Not as fancy as some other places, but that was not a problem (in the interest of full disclosure, we were able to get the room at a significant discount). The hotel itself does not have a bar or restaurant, but there are countless options within a short walk. A great choice if you want to be right in the heart of South Beach but don't want to be in a spring break/perpetual party hotel.

This is a very good place to stay on south beach. For the price you can't do better.Very,very clean,would stay here ... again.Would recommend to others.On the down side there is a 20.00 parking fee,but this is about standard for the area.

I travel on business way too much, but this was vacation to attend Food Network's Food and Wine Festival. I was traveling ... alone, and as a single woman I felt very safe at the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation. The room was very spacious, which is not the norm on Ocean Avenue. It was upgraded, but the tile flooring had not been deep cleaned in quite some time as evidenced by the baseboards and nooks and crannies. This is not a high end hotel with amenities, such as high quality linens or a pool...but, the bed was very comfortable and it was much more affordable than other establishments in the area. I would go back.

When we arrived after midnight there was no one at the front desk to help us- we had to search around to find someone who ... could call the front desk person. The stay was great. The maid service was pretty mediocre, but the room was clean and comfortable, despite being a little worn. Can't beat the location and the price was great. I'd recommend staying here

Two couples stayed in a suite facing Ocean Drive, right across from the beach. The suite was quaint, comfortable and very ... clean. The hotel staff were quick to respond when we needed additional towels and other requests. The cafe next door was nice and had great happy hour specials! I will definitely stay at the Crescent again.
