Good location but managment not friendly

Mixed experience. Paid for superior room but received small pie shaped room on low floor and did not include breakfeast ... buffet. However the breakfeast buffet is very good. Upper floor rooms bigger and refurbished unlike lower floors. Managment was slow to address complaints but finally attempted to address problems.

Hotel undergoing major renovation affecting the lobby floor and the perimeter of the property. We could not sit outside ... and/or enjoy the view due to construction. We did not know this prior to making the reservation. Would have been nice to know. Still a great hotel at a great price, but not without compromise.

Easy walk along the promenade of the Mediterannean where there are great dining options. Reaturants have inside eating or there are tables/chairs in the sand after sunset-a great place to eat or have a cocktail. The restaurant we ate at also provided a masseuse who gave great 5 minute Reike neck/back massages for a tip.

The Carlton Tel Aviv is located within easy walking distance to the beach promenade with several great dining options. The ... hotel staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions for dining options.

Near an off-ramp!

Allthough the physical facility of the hotel is fine, it's located near a busy higway. The front door leads you to a place ... under an off-ramp. At night to walk anywhere else in Tel Aviv you have to negotiate a series of unlighted tunnels and stairways - not very user-friendly.
