Your 48 hours begins when you start the first tour. You are then free to join any of our Loop tours as you please.
Your Alcatraz tour will depart (at a specific date and time) from Fisherman’'s Wharf and includes the award winning audio headset tour of the cellblock. You are free to stay as long as you like and take any of the returning ferries. The DOWNTOWN LOOP double-decker tour includes

The GOLDEN GATE LOOP double-decker tour includes
This tour departs from Fisherman's Wharf, passing through the Marina district for a brief photo stop at the Palace of Fine Arts. From here, it continues through the Presidio with beautiful views of the Bay, Golden Gate and Crissy Fields. You'll enjoy the best views in San Francisco as we cross the Golden Gate bridge. From the top deck, you'll have unobstructed views of the Bridge, Alcatraz, Angel Island, Marin Headlands, Baker Beach and San Francisco's skyline. After a 10 minute photo stop at Vista Point, we cross back over the bridge, exploring the Presidio and Pacific Heights before returning to Fisherman's Wharf. This tour is about an hour and a half in duration

We recommend you bring a light jacket and a camera. It's sometimes breezy and always breathtaking.

Redemption Instructions

You must arrive by 9:00am in order to redeem your tour. Please call customer service, one week in advance to reserve your spot on the tour. Also, you must call at least 24 hours prior to the tour to confirm. Tours not confirmed are subject to cancellation.

You must print this voucher and present it at the City Sightseeing San Francisco ticket counter. The ticket counter is located at 2800 Leavenworth St. (cross street is Jefferson St. - Fisherman's Wharf).

If your hotel is in the Fisherman's Wharf Area, you are within walking distance and a few short blocks from the tour offices. Please check with your hotel for easy walking directions. Be ready to depart 15 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Terms and Conditions

Voucher may be redeemed at the Alcatraz Tour. Voucher may only be redeemed once.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
