had to go two floors down for a working ice machine, the pillows need replaceing, had a good shuttle service to and from ... beale street. right off a major highway, pretty quiet considering the location. short distance to Graceland as well. Ok for the price

It was affordable . The rooms could have been cleaner. There was garbage under bed and stuff in fridge and microwave still . ... It said downtown but you still have to drive to beale street or main street . Nothing in walking distance from hotel .

First, the keys didn't work so I had to go back down,to reprogram them, I was on the 5th floor. After getting into the room, ... it was a no-smoking room and I wanted a smoking room. It was musty smelling, and they didn't have enough towels. I asked for aanother room lower down, so they put me on the third floor, they have no 1st or 2nd floor rooms. Very outdated, nothing but closed up industrial buildings surround the Hotel. Nice parks surrounding the building, but I wouldn't walk it. Then the toilet wouldn't flush the morning I was checking out, and they gave me another room two doors door, so I could use and flush the toilet comfortably. I saw a roach(not good), the toilet paper rack didn't have a spindle, no remote for the tv in the three room they put me in. They charged $20 to take you to the airport, which was cheaper then the cab service, and $3 each way to take you to Beale Street. SO overall, I would not pick that hotel again, plus they are doing some renovation, which looks like it's going to be awhile before that hotel will bring returning or even new customers to it. Hope this helps others.

the room was too small, it needed an over haul, nothing like in the picture. looked like it had been flooded and they tried ... to fix the room, the bathroom faucet leaked a lot. stained bath tub. not at all what I was expecting.

Just what I was looking for but absolutly filthy. I don't think it was even the hotel, it was Memphis. It is a dirty city. I ... did find a squashed cockroach in front of my door though. That was cool. Staff was easy and friendly. Pool was almost funny it was so small but hey they had a pool.

The good thing is that the hotel is right off the freeway and just over the bridge if you are coming from the west. However, ... this location seems a little ify especially if you are a lone female traveller. It is tucked back into a dead end in what seems like an abandoned industrial area. There is a residential neighborhood nearby. Generally this seems like a bad part of town. The hotel was the only business in this location. There is free parking but it is a tight fit. The first impression I got of my room was one of griminess. The room was clean but the hotel overall appears a little dirty. I inspected my mattress and discovered something smeared between it and the box spring. The staff was nice enough. The continental breakfast consisted of Danishes, bagels, and cold cereal. No fruit. I would recommend this place if you want cheap but I would not stay here again. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

the room smelled bad and when I got up in the morning the there was a stench of garbage outside the door to the room. I ... couldn't see swimming in the pool which is right by the garbage smell. The room was very dingy, the carpet needed to be either replaced or shampooed. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. The bed was fine and there was plenty of hot water for showers and it was quiet. Easy on and off I55.

Super 8 Graceland/Downtown was a good location.It was clean and the service was good. The beds were not real comfortable. The ... continental breakfast should have had more choices. A bit of updating would make it ideal.I would go back again.
