Staybridge Suites in Austin

I used to live in Austin and this was the perfect place to stay during my visit. Its proximity to the airport and highways ... made it easy to get everywhere I needed to go. The room was great it was affordable and it had all of the amenities required for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel for our short stay. I would definitely stay long term if needed. The mini kitchen was nice, very clean ... room. Easy access to downtown and nearby stores along Riverside Dr. We were in town during a UT football game. The only thing I did not like was the lack of parking when all the guests were at the hotel. Luckily there is a well-lit, empty business park across the street.

Overall, I like the hotel. One thing I didn't like is that they don't have room service on weekends. And there were not ... enough towels provided. So we had to use the towels during the three nights stay. Other than that, it's a good place to stay.

We wound up having to attend a funeral and a family reunion in that same week. The hotel afforded us comfort and privacy ... while there and a refuge away from family when needed. very good staff and many amenities.

I booked my reservation through Cheap Tickets. I requested a smoking room. I booked my wake-up call and shuttle to the ... airport at the time of check-in. When I went to my room is was a non-smoking room. I went to the front desk and they reassigned me to a smoking room Unfortunately my wake-up call and shuttle service did not get reassigned to the new room. I got no wake up call but I did get the shuttle. What I really liked was the suite accommodations. I had a very nicely decorated room, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker with coffee and all the necessary supplies to make any meal. In addition the hotel supplies free beverages including beer and free frozen dinners and deserts. If you don't feel like going out to dinner you can make your own with what the hotel supplies for free. The free breakfast is great too. You can have a full breakfast from there buffet which is included with your room. Internet access and business meeting accommodations are also included. I would highly recommend this location for a business or vacation stay. I have never stayed at a hotel that offered so much for the price.
