Worst hotel and staff ever stay away

Rude staff dirty room the AC didn't work and sounded like a jet landing when I told the staff about this they told me there ... was nothing they could or would do for me they told me to contact Orbtiz if I wasn't happy with my room I will never use Orbitz to book a room ever again save yourself don't stay there!

Our hotel room was ready and clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with appropriate toiletries. The morning continental ... breakfast was a big plus. It is a stone's throw to a nice mall. Every kind of eating establishment was within a mile radius. The TV in the room needs to be replaced with a more modern flat screen wall mounted model.

My entire family stayed at the hotel and was amazed at the friendliness of the service and hospitality. The hotel is located ... in a very upscale area and close to many nice areas. I would love to stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

There are many restaurants and shopping centers close to this hotel. You can easily do all your business from the hotel without using your car to move around.

Quality Rooms at the Mall

The hotel is very nicely appointed and has a great breakfast. It is at the mall, so everything you could possibly want is ... just steps away. Many national-chain restaurants are nearby; like Chili's and Black Angus. We had a great time.
