Awesome staff and hotel !!!!!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We called to see if we could check in early and they had no problem with ... that and they also help us with directions. (Thank you to both Sherry's) We had never been to Panama City so we went down to the front desk and Tonya helped us find a special place to eat and watch the sunset. She even called her mom to find out when the sun set. The room was very nice and clean and ANY time we saw an employee of Sleep Inn, they ALWAYS asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. The breakfast was great also and the man (sorry I didn't get his name) made sure everyone there had what they needed. We are already planning to come back with the kids in April !! Great stay, bad information

We had a great stay at the hotel for the second time but the first time we stayed my husband and I signed up for the Choice ... Privilege reward program and was given the wrong account number which was for a man in Chicago and I beleive he recieved our reward points to my knowledge. Overall the hotel itself was the best.

Paper thin walls!

The staff was great. However, the walls are paper thin! The people next door had their Tv on all night and we could hear it. ... The air conditioner did not have a fan selection so the room was completely quiet (except for the TV next door) or the air conditioner would come on and it sounded like a jet plane taking off. The pool area only had one table with an umbrella and everyone wanted to sit there. I would not stay here again.
