SpaFinder gift certificates have no expiration date when purchased online. All SpaFinder gift certificate transactions are processed in US dollars and all gift certificates are issued in US dollars. When redeeming a SpaFinder gift certificate outside of the US, the spa will convert the value into the currency of their respective country. It will buy a service of equivalent value. Some spas have minimum age requirements, but those restrictions are set by the individual spa and must be considered before scheduling an appointment.
Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail linking to a voucher for each attraction and service.
If you do not contact SpaFinder to provide your shipping address your gift certificate will automatically be sent to your billing address. The phone number will be provided on your voucher. Please provide your Package Locator number (located in the upper left corner of your voucher), your name, and the complete address of where you'd like your SpaFinder Gift Certificate to be shipped.
Each gift certificate can only be used at one spa. If you do not use the full amount of the certificate, you will receive credit from that specific spa toward your next visit.

Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
