Exclusions
Children younger than 2 are admitted for free. Guests who purchase the Southern California CityPass booklet will have 13 days from the date of first use of any ticket in which to use all of the tickets in the booklet for the applicable theme parks and amusements parks. Subject to restrictions.
Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. You must print and present this voucher in order to redeem services. Voucher(s) for the Southern California CityPass must be presented at Disneyland® Resort in order for participants to receive a booklet containing the tickets for all referenced attractions. The Disneyland® Resort must be the first stop on guest's itinerary to redeem voucher(s). Guests staying at the Disneyland® Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa, or Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel may present the voucher(s) and photo identification at the front desk. Guests staying at any other hotel must present their voucher(s) and photo ID at the Guest Services Window, located to the far left of the Disneyland® Park main entrance.

Voucher may be redeemed for Southern California CityPass Attractions Pass. Voucher may only be redeemed once.
Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
