shower needs a major overhaul. internet was terrible and i could not work online at all. the connection continued to drop out ... even if i changed the connection channel.

The shower was broken, the toilet seat was loose to the point that I almost landed on the floor. I took a wash cloth to ... tighten the seat and found that someone who had stayed there prior to me must have had some issue with loose bowels and there was evidence all over the toilet. Other then that the room was nice, air conditioner worked well although a little noisy, the tv was good and the bed was huge and comfortable. We stayed on the first floor and the nearest working ice machine was on the 5th floor.

If you fly into BWI, it is just a short distance to the hotel. Takes only a few minutes to get to the hotel and they have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Very easy access to the light rail and the airport which made travel into the city EASY and inexpensive. Airport shuttle was ... great and the hotel is close enough where it is convenient but we do not hear or smell the planes.

Had a late checkin due to flight. Receptionist was very friendly despite very late hour and extremely helpful. I was ... impressed breakfast is set out starting 3:30am so for early morning travellers you will actually be able to grab a bite to go. Basic continental but hotel was very clean, nice room and very close to BWI airport. restaurant on site and gas station nearby to get snacks etc. Would def stay here again.

A Bit Rough on the Edges

Considering the price it was "OK". However, I expected better even at a budget price. There was ample evidence of delayed ... maintenance and needed sprucing up. Also, the chemicals used to clean the rooms were very strong. The elevators had lots of graffiti carved into the brass panels. The pillows were small, old and horrible. Next time I'll spend $20 more somewhere else!

The Sleep Inn was comfortable. The room was not very large, but was okay for our short stay. Location was good and close to ... the airport. Service was good. I would reccomend this hotel.

I was very disatisfied with my Hotel stay at the Sleep Inn. I had to call for maitenance twice because the toilet would not ... flush. The first time I called I had to wait an hour and half for someone to come to our room and that was at 5:30 am in the morning. The second time I called they told me that there was a problem with the flange and they had to come back when the room was vacant to fix it!!! Needless to say, I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.
