We are located at the center of Orleans, on Cape Cod. We are situated on the crest of a hill along historic 6A. This charming property will envelop you in the rich tradition of European hospitality. Our guests can enjoy waking up to smelling baked blueberry, cranberry and chocolate chip muffins served daily in our lobby with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea. They relax by our outdoor pool and eat outside on our picnic tables surrounded by beautiful outdoor scenery. We have grills located throughout our property for your outdoor dining pleasure. As for things to do we have two beautiful beaches very close to us Skaket beach and Nauset beach. We have local shops and very nice restaurants so you can get a taste of Cape Cod. For the active there are lots of things to do they can go walking, biking on our beautiful bike path, they can go boating, kayaking, deep sea fishing whale watching, surfing, golfing. For the kids they can go bowling and mini golfing. Our rooms are well furnished for your comfort and delight. Everyone has loved there stay here and is growing in popularity and is a come back place for many of our guests. We welcome anyone who wants to see and experience the Cape. We also have a dedicated staff to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

I stayed here as it was close to a wedding venue I was attending. The room was rudimentary, but was perfectly adequate for ... what I needed (purely a place to sleep). I didn't use any of the amenities and so cannot comment on them. The complementary breakfast was very basic, but a muffin and a cup of coffee was fine for me. My only fault was that the room was very cold. The heating is from an air conditioner, so when I checked in and when I arrived back from the wedding it was really cold and took a while to get warmed up. Still, it's a cheapish motel, so what do you expect?

This motel was just fine. We just needed a place to stay in while we visited our grandchildren who were visiting from ... California. Everything was clean, quiet and convenient. The continental breakfast was an added bonus. We would stay there again.
