When we arrived the staff was unfriendly and impatient. We went to our room and found that there was no hot water. We barely ... caught the clerk before they closed for the evening and inquired about the hot water issue. They moved us to a different room that was definitely a down grade from the one we were in. The hot water in the new room worked fine until the second morning, then no hot water and since it was Sunday (we guess)no one was available at the front desk. There was no service available whatsoever. This hotel is in no way a 4 star as it states. Our down graded room was above the pool and very noisy. We couldn't go to sleep til the people left the pool for the evening. The staff made no attempt to see if we were satisfied with the other room or if they could do anything to make our stay better. We do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else.

We got the 1 bedroom unit. The unit looked nothing like the one advertised (we read the fine print when booked and understood ... it wasn't going to look the exact same, but thought somewhat close). There were black hairs all over the jetted tub (pubic?) and the toilet still had poop under the seat. The TV's were both very small and the one in the bedroom sat lower than the bed and one remote only worked on the volume but not the channels. The micro-fiber quilt had white crusty stuff on it. The shower in the main bath had a constant drip and the drain didn't work while the shower was on (slow drainage). The appliances were all very old except the fridge. When I approached the front desk about my issues the employee said "sorry to hear about that, let me get you a comment card and you can fill it out and mail it into us". We won't be going back and plan on canceling our reservations that have already been booked.

We ate at the Baja Cantina which is very close to the condos. The food was great and wasn't that busy for a Friday night.
