Convenient location
Steven May 27, 2008
Sienna Suites, Henderson, NV was convenient for the purpose that we were there (medical). We were within 10 minutes of the ... hospital, 15 minutes of the strip and were very near a grocery store and movie theatre/casino. However, the bed was a bit hard, the blanket was scratchy and the towels were not soft either. It had a kitchenette but no dish soap or dish towels were provided.

Uncomfortable Suites
Richard Mar 13, 2008
Hotel under re-model! No Elevators. Windows were masked off for painting. Virtually the most uncomfortable beds of any I ... have ever slept in, sagging in the middle. Poor quality furnishings, poor sound insulation (or no adequate sound insulation) separating rooms. As this is primarily an extended stay property away from 'The Strip' there were lots of shady characters around. Looks like a great hang-out for criminals, pedophiles, druggies, etc. Don't take your childern here!!

Amenities not customer friendly
arthur Mar 3, 2008
Overall the hotel was above average with just a few problems and one or two outside problems. Vending machines should be in ... every building. Late at night, I wanted to find a vending machine but after calling the front desk, I found out that I had to walk all the way to the front desk for the vending machine and I was at BLDG 14! There was a fast food restaurant, but the dining room closed late at night and the drive thru is difficult to go through when you didn't bring the car. Also, the room was not furnished with info about where everything was and no fire exit information as well. The room itself was somewhat comfortable with somewhat easy access to downtown after a 10 minute drive. The staff was really helpful as well. The internet wasn't really worth it especially since you have to BUY a network cable from them for 7.50!

Disappointed
Wally May 29, 2007
The Siena Suites was a low end hotel. I thought a 3-star hotel would have been a lot better than this. Our room never got ... cleaned and the beds did not get made till we called and complained . The door to our unit was very difficult to close, you had to almost slam the door before it closed. The pool and hot tub were slimy and it never seemed like they vacuumed it in the 3 days we where there, it appeared it required some serious chemicals like shocking it with chlorine. The hot tub timer switch was broken. The morning after the first night we stayed there a man with his 3 year old child complained at the front desk about the noise above them all night that nobody could sleep and demanded his money back. It appeared to me the hotel lacked reliable and competent staff.

Roach Infested
Chinita May 9, 2007
Our room was roach infested and disgusting. There were roaches in the cabinets, on the walls and in the bathroom. The ... carpet was also filthy and the bedspreads were dirty. We got in at 1 am the first night and went right to bed and got up early and left for a seminar. We came in around 10:30 p.m. the second night and looked around after killing a few bugs and realized it was totally infested. We checked out at 11:00 at night and moved to another hotel, but the manager refused to reimburse us since we had stayed past the checkout time. We had to pay double that night for this hotel plus the one we moved to. We are very disappointed by this experience.

Siena Suites had a wonderful room size, complete with pots/pans/cooking utensils , 'fridge, freezer, microwave, all compact, ... yet not crowded. Well lit parking lot and buildings at night. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Las Vegas/ Henderson area who wasn't interested in the Strip experience.

Quiet, clean, safe, well-kept!!!
Marie Apr 20, 2007
The rooms were clean (our suite was 2 separate rooms - one living/kitchen, one bed/bath). The premises were well groomed. ... The pool and hot tub were very nice. The complex was quiet. I felt totally secure and safe walking around the complex, even at night. There was a grocery store less than 5 minutes away, so we were able to have breakfast in the room and take sandwiches for lunch - perfect for us! We wished they'd provided some dish soap, but we got along just rinsing our cereal bowls and orange juice glasses. Two TV's, internet connection (don't know if it was wireless, but it worked fine). Can't beat it for the price!
