Good value. Nice suite design. Everything you need for an extended stay. Needs more closet/storage and or hooks for ... clothes. Wish more hotels would put grab bars in tubs - especially when the tubs are whirlpool style like this one.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It feels like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are very comfortable-even ... the sofa sleeper was great. It is in a good location within walking distance to restaraunts and stores. When we had a problem with the dvd player the maintenance was friendly and prompt.

The Sheraton Mt Vista was the perfect place to stay The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fittness center had the most ... beautiful view on the 7th floor you almost forgot how hard you are working out. The staff made you feel welcome.It made our stay great so when we did are wine crashing and tasting it made for a fun time. We will go back!

We've stayed at a lot of 4-5 star hotels and the rooms at the Sheraton were 5 Star all the way... SWEET stone fireplace, ... really nice/high quality beds & pillows.. a towel in the room was made into a swan... reminded us of Playa Del Carmen. Huge really nice bath. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everything was great and Avon is a beautiful area... much better than Vail.

The hotel was wonderful. The room we were in was very well taken care of and beautiful. The people are all very nice and very ... thoughtful. Overall the experencie we had was great. I can recommend this hotel to who ever would like to stay at Beaver Creek to ski.

This facility was perfect for our needs. We ended up staying over a week. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. We ... enjoyed having the gas grill on the balcony. The only complaint was that the water for the shower was almost impossible to adjust and was never the same. It definitely needs to be checked out.

My experience with the hotel is that, while comfortable to sleep, every day something essential broke. On the first night, ... the heating in one room didn't work. On the second night the fan we left open suddenly started to stutter in the middle of the night with loud noises. One the third day, the outdoor jacuzzi water heater broke. The maintenance crew was not prompt and appeared when we called only after hours of wait. That said, the hotel has very nice amenitiies, such as underground garage and Internet, the rooms are spacious and beds are good. That said, there are two TV receivers but only one DVD player. So when I wanted to watch DVD in the bedroom, I had to unwind the player and rewind it myself in the bedroom. In short, there is a lot to be desired.
