Settlers' Beach is a small boutique 45 room (22 villa) resort for those looking for beachfront relaxation in tranquil surroundings. Settlers' Beach offers elegant and spacious one and two bedroom villas each with living/dining room and full kitchen.

The resort is set amidst lush tropical gardens and pool, located on the popular gold coast of Barbados, on the outskirts of historical Holetown.

The Resort facilities include: swimming pool, restaurant and bar, watersports hut offering non-motorized watersports, air conditioned lounge with cable TV and PC for internet access and WiFi access throughout the resort. The front desk will arrange island tours, activities, and tours. Weekly cocktail party with live music, complimentary use of tennis courts at neighboring Sugar Hill Club and use of gym facilities at J & S Fitness Academy, are also available.

Each air conditioned villa is fitted with hairdryers, clock radios and personal safes and marble ensuite bathrooms. The living room and dining room areas are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. The villas are also equipped with iron & ironing boards, washing machine/dryer and amenities for your added convenience. All villas have two entry doors, front door from the parking bay and sliding doors from the garden. Each two bedroom single story villa with two separate master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which are connected to the living room and kitchen area by a patio/atrium -OR- two story villas with interconnecting bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms on the first floor and the main living area on the ground floor.
