I clicked Suite. I got the "Suite". Suite to them means that you get a chair, not a bigger room with a kitchen like the ... other hotels. BUT... it was a very new and clean room, even if small.

The hotel staff were very nice. The beds were extremely confortable, the pool was enjoyable, and the food was great. For us, ... the location was perfect. We attended a dinner theatre and shopped. This was one of the best hotels we have been in. I especially like the remolding that was done.

The location was great. The room was looking rough and needed a good cleaning. They did allow our small dog for no extra ... charge. Nice breakfast, but was not well stocked during the busy morning

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First, there was mold in the bathroom. Room was cramped with ... uncomfortable beds. Facility had poor upkeep. Supposed to have fitness center, but it was off-cite and hotel staff didn't even know where it was located. Very few tv channels; loud, both from interstate traffic and other guests,

Orbitz droped the ball and did not get our reservations made. By the time we checked out from our three day stay Orbitz ... still had not figured it out, but Settle Inn did not care we stayed there with no charge and no hassle for three days. A+ for Settle Inn and F- for Orbitz.
