--Rich, Sedona Az. Aug 17, 2009
We went up to hike the Jordan Trail, but ended up taking the Cibola Pass Trail. I have to say even though the trail was a little more difficult it was so worth it for the views. The Cibola Pass Trail does connect with Jordan Trail so we took Jordan trail back to the trailhead. You do end up with red dust all over your legs, so if you are driving your own car either bring a towel to wipe your legs off or putting towels down on the seat before getting in so you don't get red dust on anything in your car. The red dust will stain what it touches. There is constructions going on from Village of Oak Creek to the middle of Sedona. The area is putting round abouts in at most of the intersections.

Great little get away
honey-n-oats Jul 1, 2009
The hotel is located in west Sedona, which is pretty convenient to get to hiking trails and to shopping. If you want to stay ... here for views there isn't much for views from most of the rooms of the red rocks. The rooms are pretty spacious for a hotel room and the breakfast was great. We didn't spend to much time there during the daylight hours, so the view part didn't make a difference to us. We enjoyed our patio area in the evening after a long day of hiking and shopping.

Great room @ a good price ; )
kristi/mom Jun 9, 2009
The room setup was great for our family of 5. We loved the beds & lots of pillows in room! I would recommend paper towels, ... dish soap & popcorn in kitchen area... This would be a nice enhancement! The breakfast was good when available. They had a hard time keeping food available like the eggs, bread (limited to garlic?)muffins, bananas & bagels. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice hotel to stay at!

Theresa Aug 31, 2008
My stay at Sedona Real was very enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable. ... There were two sinks and two TV's. The fireplace was lovely but it was a too warm to use, i am sure it would be great in colder waether. The continental breaksfast was very good with a variety of foods, including waffles and hard-boiled eggs.

Very friendly staff
Kristen Jun 30, 2008
The Sedona Real had large rooms, some with a small balcony. Free Breakfast in the morning was nice, but no other restaurants ... to eat at. There is a pool and hot tub outside that are very nice as well. The rooms are slightly out-dated, and the air conditioning fans go on and off all night which kept me awake a lot. The front desk staff and conceierge were super friendly and accomodating, and even made some suggestions on what to see while in Sedona. I would definitely recommend his hotel to a friend.

Nice Hotel
David Jun 13, 2008
This hotel is nive to stay at, but is very inconvienent to other attractions. It is completely at the other end of the city ... and where all of the spots are that you would be traveling to if on vacation. It is very clean and confortable, but the complimentary breakfast was not worth it. Make your own waffles, stale bread and bagels, but they did have coffee and oj. Would suggest this place only if you were not going to stay near it.

Best Time Great Place
Curtis Feb 18, 2008
The Sedona Real Inn & Suites was perfect for what my wife and I wanted. We were away from the crowd and traffic. It was a ... short drive to anywhere or to take a quite walk. Everything in the room (Deluxe King suite #220)was new and clean. Two LCD TV's, gas fireplace, leather chair, micro wave and frig. Heater and water pressure were great. I'm a big guy so the shower was a little small for me. People at check in were great and could not be more helpful. They were great at showing us what to do and where to eat. They made all the reservations for us and we were even picked up at the lobby.
