Lounged around the pool. The info posted about the resort needs to be more specific concerning wireless internet. It says ... that it is available. But upon arriving, I saw it was a pay as you go per day. I pretty much based my staying at this resort on the availability of wireless internet, not entertaining the thought it would have to be paid for. I thing it should be mentioned up front, as I had some work that I had to do while there.

The room was ordinary. The furnishings were dated and not up to what I expected for a resort. They are in the process of ... renovating and had one entire building closed while they painted and updated appliances and furniture. I'm sure it will be much nicer when done. The North Scottsdale location was great.

We had an old room ,but it was ok as far as clean goes,we were on the bottom floor and there was a family of 7 on the floor ... above us,I don't need to tell you it was a bit noisey.The pool was closed for clean up due to a child that had an accident.The fan in our room was making noise ,making it had to fall asleep. The laundry room was way too small, I even had a man get upset at me because I left and didn't stay with my cloths till they washed.I did however love [...] in the gift shop .[...] and the other employees were terrific.The only one I got upset about was the high pressure saleman , we told him at the very beginning we weren't interested and he made us sitt there for 1 hr and 45 min. when you told us it was only going to last 1 hr and 30 mins.We used Orbitz and we thought we wern't supposed to have to listen to the sales pitch.You sent us on a limo ride to the Arizona Cassino and that was great we loved the show and the limo driver Gorden was great,left my camera in the limo and he returned it what a great guy.The parking it awful,not enough i have badd knees and i had to walk around the other side of the complex.We needed a cart for our luggage and there wasn't one to be found, in Brason they provide all of that. The place must have been nice when it was first built .It really needs some up dating although i heard that work was in progress.They need to serve something to eat before the presentation they didn't even offer us a donut.The food in the grill was good.We did alot of things like visit Canyon Lake ,we drove up to Prescott and went to shopping at the outlet.The location was great and the grounds look nice at the entry.

I found Villa Mirage online when I suddenly needed to attend a funeral. The staff was friendly and a bit too bubbly but when ... I realized it was a Time Share Resort and not exactly a hotel I understood why.

We experience some problems with the reception clerk telling us they had a elevator. They gave us a room on the third floor ... only to find out they had no elevators. We returned to the front desk and had a manager give us a room on the first floor. Also our unit was the second bedroom of a two bedroom unit. The people in the first bedroom you could hear them talking until mid-night. The unit, pool and maintence staff were great.

The Villa Mirage is located in north Scottsdale, close to Scottsdale Road. Very easy to get to all of Scottsdale's terrific ... restaurants, shopping, entertainment and attractions. We had 2 studio units, one a handicap room for my senior parents. The kitchenette was very clean and handy for a quick breakfast or lunch. We particularly appreciated the availability of a handicap equiped room and ground floor units, as well as parking close to the units. The hotel has great amenities .. a terrific pool, workout facility, tennis courts, tour availability, and others. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great value, comfortable, and convenient.

Scottsdale Villa Mirage Resort was a great value. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were very ... nice. We stayed in a studio and it had a nice big bathroom with a VERY large glass corner shower. We will definately stay here again.
