The lack of a shuttle to the nearby airport or to Caltrain or BART made me feel like a prisoner. Which is maybe what they ... want so they force you to pay $5.00 for a small glass of apple juice.

Very convenient location-- lots of dining options, easy access to 2 highways, Great America. If you've stayed at Marriott's ... before you won't be surprised. Overall good hotel for the money. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus-- but not opening until 6:30am is a minus (for someone on East coast time). Breakfast buffet was pricey, especially considering there's an IHOP across the street.
