Just stayed overnight to and from an overseas flight. Found the food good but a bit expensive at Moxie's on site. Other ... chain restaurants within walking distance are better priced.

The hotel is NOT NEW!. It was not really as clean as I expected. The pool and hot tub were broken all 4 days we were there. ... some of the staff were quite nice, others were not. It did have close access to several places to eat and was in a good location. The room was very small and looked out onto the roof of the restaurant

First I just missed the shuttle, called for next one and was told it would arrive and a quarter to the hour. I called when ... it did not arrive and they said I missed it and would have to wait until a quarter after the hour. I waited for almost an hour and when on the shuttle, others said they had waited for 45 minutes at the Domestic waiting area. Obviously the other shuttle did not arrive. When I arrived a gentleman was helping me, but when he recognized another guest he left me, without saying anything and proceeded to help her with her booking(s). The bathroom was not very clean, the bed hard, but the room was quiet.

The staff was very helpful. This is not a "new" hotel as their ad implies. The lobby and hallways were old and not well ... kept. The room was comfortable. The shower had very little water pressure. This was an OK place, but not what we had expected from the hotel description.

The room was excellent, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was no internet connection in the room (Tower B). ... After trying to get a wireless connection and failing, I asked for an ethernet cable, which was promptly supplied. I still could not get a connection. After calling the internet provider, I found that the room was not wired for the ethernet connection, and wireless was only available in the lobby!

They spent a lot of money on the arrival area, but, I didn't stay in the arrival area. The hotel is old and small rooms but, ... OK for the price. No-breakfast which all the other hotels are offering for only a $10 increase in price. Staff seemed new and not powered to make decisions without the manager. Soda machines were out of everything for the 4 days I was there??
