I had the best vacation. The hotel was a joy to come home to. Loved the whirlpool, the second room, the kitchen the free ... breakfast. I loved the entire experience. I used public transportation that was a little difficult on the weekend, but i would go again whenever I am in Toronto.

Not good
Mandy Sep 1, 2009
The room that we got was very smelly. It smelled like dead rats and then the staff moved us to a different room. This room ... smelled fine, so we decided to stay there. In the night when we tried to open the sofa bed, it was completely broken. We had to sleep on the floor. It was too late in the night so we didn't complain. Next morning we told them and they moved us to another room. So that's what we did. Instead of relaxing we were moving from room to room.

Very nice stay close Toronto
Danny Aug 24, 2009
We had a very good stay with a helpfull staff. Only problem was a very loud a/c unit and a water leak but the toilet. I ... reported this and I hope they take care of it. Upon checking in, I was asked for a security deposit. I offered my Discover card and was informed they did not take this card. Could have been a problem as no one told me they did not accept Discover. I paid in US money and asked for my US money to be returned if not used. I was told this would not be a problem, but when I checked out a new person told me they do not do this and I had to take Canadian money. Hard to get rid of Canadian money. They charge money at the border. Not a big problem, just a problem I do not like to deal with. I felt that more money details should have been explained beforehand and their word of returning US currency honored.

Nice Stay
Athena Jul 27, 2009
Just wanted to get away for a night, so picked this hotel because it looked nice. The staff was friendly and pleasant, check ... in and check out were a breeze. The room was a standard suite, mini kitched included a microwave, (should have brought the popcorn). The room did have a musty smell, but after an hour you couldn't smell it anymore. Breakfast was called "deluxe continental breakfast" which included cold hard boiled eggs, muffins, bread and spreads, bananas, cereal coffee, tea. We aren't picky people so breakfast was fine.

While most of airport locations offer free airport shuttle 24hours, this hotel doesnt do that. They offer free shuttle ... (subject to availability and MUST make appointments well in advance) from 4A.M - 10A.M after which if you use them, you will be CHARGED. I wasnt told about this when i asked them about shuttle specifically they didnt mention about the charge.
