We traveled to Jamaica for our wedding and it couldnt have been any better. The Sandals staff bends over backwards for ... anything you need. The room was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned twice a day. I noticed that when someone checked out, the room was completely wiped down, even the door trim. The food was great and if you wanted seconds...then you just had to ask. The resort was always being cleaned and the beach was combed each morning. Couldnt have asked for more!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Made me feel relaxed;the atmosphere is "no problem" and no worries! I ... recommend you try your hand at some tennis lessons. They offer complimentary lessons throughout the week but a private or group lesson is very affordable and worth it. The tennis coach, [...] delivered exceptional customer service! If you are looking for a resort that has a calm nightlife, this is the one for you. No loud music is played at night, no music is played at the bars unless there is a pianist playing. Overall, I'm very pleased with this resort and what it has to offer!

Skip the Kimonos hibachi grill. The food was not as tasty as hibachi here in the U.S. The other restaurants offer amazing food and a wide selection. Definitely try the pizza at Pizzeria del Campo but know you may have to wait 20-30 minutes to get it. Il Capitano is very very good, one of my favorites. The creme brulee is to die for! The manager, Fredericko aims to please and even made some special requests. Save the food at the grill for a late night snack, the lunch buffet at Colombo's was great and well worth the quick break from the beach!

The hotel was great with the exception that the bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toliet to shut the door. We ... have stayed at Ocho Rios Sandals before and found that the staff at that location seemed friendlier but we still had a wonderful trip.

Beautiful Beach-Terrible Food!

We stayed here for 4 days and the breakfast was the only meal that was good. We couldn't go to two restaurants because men ... needed to wear pants. The drinks were OK but the bar services as far as bring you the drinks while you were on the beach or by the pool did not exist! The last trip I took in February was to Cancun and I stayed at Dreams. The service, food and drinks were fantastic!

Sandals Dunn River was a beautiful resort with an attention to detail. The grounds were well kept and stunning. The room ... and pool area were always well maintained and clean. The only downside was the willingness of some bartenders to pour more liquor in your drink.
