We had heard it was noisy, but didn't experience that at all. Very nice location, modern, clean, we were very pleasantly ... surprised.

Don't spend a fortune to stay at the Sheraton inside Iguazu Park. The Hotel Saint George offers clean rooms, good food and ... very friendly service all at a convenient location. It is located directly across the street from the bus terminal (every 30 min. to the park, 5 pesos each way). Upon checking in, they told me that after checking out the next day, we would be able to leave our luggage with them while we spent another day at the falls, spend time by the pool after that and be able to change clothes in preparation for our flight out. The hotel also offers sauna, fitness room, internet (all at reasonable extra cost), but mostly it was the helpful, friendly staff that impressed us.

If you have two days to spend at the falls, be sure to have your entrance ticket stamped the first day; this gives you a fifty percent discount on the ticket for the second day.

The breakfast served, the staff services and the room price matches the Star Rating of the Hotel. We enjoyed our stay at ... Saint George and would definitely recommend this Hotel to travelers going to Iguazu.

Iguazu is not a short walk but the bus station that can get you there cheaply is across the street and a bus leaves about every 30 minutes, costs little, and is well run. Nice Italian restaurant across the street in the opposite direction from the bus station

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. An excellent place to stay. It's location, across the street from the bus ... station, makes it a perfect location to get the cheap bus for the ride out to see the Falls.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the bus terminal, from where you can easily take buses to the ... waterfalls. Other than that, the area the hotel is located is not particularly nice. When we were there in July '09, the hotel was just undergoing some renovations - it was noisy for us, but I am sure much nicer for future guests. There were two computers in the lobby providing free Internet access and the hotel restaurant was quite good. Overall a pretty good deal.

it's location is a big plus for us coz we were able to take the public bus to the falls, which is located across the street ... from the hotel,instead of hiring a cab/car... the staff was acomodating and helpful...the room is comfortable and clean, which is all we need.

there is a restaurant in the hotel, but if you don't want to eat dinner in the same place as your breakfast (breakfast is included in your roo rate), there are several restaurants next door and across the street.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing directions and restaurant ... recommendations. Two good and very reasonable restaurants were located within a couple of blocks. The bus station for busses to the park entrance ('El Practico') was only a block away. We enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend the hotel for visitors to Iguazu Falls.

Six of us enjoyed our dinner at El Guincho del Tio Querido, a lively restaurant near the hotel. Very good food (seafood, steaks) at a reasonable price, and live music as well. Very popular.

The Saint George hotel at Iguazu Falls was located in a very appropriate section of town with a bus station and restaurants ... very close by. The room was adequate with a double bed with comfortable mattress but I found the lighting to be too dim. The towel rack could have been placed closer to the shower so that we didn't have to drip water onto the floor. I could have used a drain stop in the sink. I found it very difficult to lock and open the door. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, was very good with lots of choices including a variety of fresh fruit. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at the Saint George Hotel!!
