This hotel is one of the best i've ever stayed in. It was very centally located to walk or take a taxi anywhere within the ... city. Everyone I dealt with was very classy and professional, and this is how the culture is. The people were very kind and helpful. I will stay here everytime I stay in Kiev. This hotel is not for families, so I would not recommend this for people with children.

There was a nice Goergian restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel and the Ukrenian restaurant O'Panas was only about 10 minutes away.

First time in Kiev

I was generally very satisfied with the reception, convenience of the location, breakfaxt and dining room. However, the ... room was not really comfortable. The bed was much too close to the work table, which I could only open-up the flip extension with great difficulty (seems to be stuck and I had to use a shoe-horn to pry it open. But worse, the room temperature was very warm and the thermostat control was absolutely useless. Finally, I managed to open the window for sleeping more comfortably. Yet, the value for money was reasonnable, and knowing now how to fix the discomfort items, I would go back to the same hotel.
