The Resorts has nice restaurants,buffet and club but the horrible service was at the bar lounge in the casino, the bartenders ignore us. They did not care about customers. Capriccio resturant at the dining area is so nice; then other option can be the Thaj Mahal lounge which is located next door and have a great time on saturdays.

The hotel was great; the restaurants, the club, and the casino too. However, the lounge in the casino has very rude stuff. ... Our room was big with a nice view, everything was in order, but some stuff needed mantenance such as the bathroom. Also, the housekeeping service was not too friendly when we ask for something. we think that the rooms need like a little kitchen to make more comfortable the stay.

I was quite dissapointed on this hotel. i have stayed at Taj mahal and trump marina before and were very well maintained,. ... When i booked at Resorts I was expecting the same experience. Here is the details of my hotel experience. I am not kidding on the following.The carpet had very bad stains quite a few. one of the two beds had little holes on the sheets looked like cigarette burns (not kidding). bathroom had some stains on ceiling and the wall behind the sink had paint scratched off.One bedroom wall was pretty dirty like something was scraping it before not too bad though.And to finish the 2 chairs on the dining table the cushions as by now you should expect were also both stained. I would seriously rather recommend staying at the trump marina for close to the same price. ooh almost forgot. i peeked in the closet there was an ironing board that looked like someone found outside disgusting dirty looking.also don't expect a hair dryer or a personal Safe in the room like the Marina and taj mahal(taj is pricey but nice)for a nice budget room in AC go to Trump Marina

This had to be the worst trip we ever had. The buffet was only open on weekends (only 1/3 open and the food was terrible. ... Waitresses on the casino floor were almost non-existant and the only open restaurant was over priced and the staff was rude!! The casino was non-smoking. Never going back to Atlantic City

Overall i enjoyed my stay at resorts the room was very spacious and clean but some things were a little disturbing... the ... water when showering had a funny smell and our shower stall leaked all over the floor even when the door was closed(this could be dangerous)the casino was great and staff was very polite i would go back again hoping my next room does nopt have smelly water

first trip to Atlantic City hotel was in good location, took greyhound from New York great trip $4.00 each and close to ... boardwalk,entertainment during our stay wed/thursday no lounge entertainment in our hotel.At hotels we found the price on drinks expensive $9.50 rum and coke / $5.00 just coke? these rates were unreasonable. Boardwalk was great exercise and outlet stores nice and close.

There is nothing special with this hotel. I was expecting more since we paid $135+ bucks! The room was clean. I can hear some ... strange sound from the room. I don't know where it is coming from. Room service is fast. Food is fine. It's easy to roam around the casino area. Overall, stay is okay.

The pictures online at Resorts website did not look fabulous but they didn't look that bad either. They looked a little ... outdated but ok just the same. Believe me they must be fake! Orbitz rated this hotel as 3 stars but the Ocean tower was not even close to a 3. It was an old, moldy smelling, dirty, falling apart, stained, broken down ruin. Our first room overlooked a roof top covered in garbage, cigarette butts, dozens of broken beer bottles (presumably thrown from rooms above as all the windows opened fully with no safety features or screens)!!! It also had a huge spot light shining against the wall and our window. We asked for a better room and were told no, we insisted and we were given one other option on another floor. They however would not let us look at it until we insisted they get a manager or let us look at it before we would agreed to move rooms. Well, it was only 10% better but we took it. We had no choice as everything was full. After watching several other people complain at the desk about their rooms we knew we were not alone in our opinion. This was somewhat comforting. We were told that the Rendezvous Tower was newer and had much better rooms but was always full. This place is no better than a road side motel room from the 50's now full of drug dealers and meth addicts. The only thing missing was the magic fingers massage beds to drop a quarter into. They need to rate the towers at this place separately if indeed the Rendezvous tower has such better rooms. We did hear this hotel is in bankruptcy proceedings, not sure if that is true. We made a point since we were stuck there to not spend one penny in the hotel. We ate, drank and gambled elsewhere. We refused to give them any more of our money.

The room was adequate. It was clean, it was quiet, but for the money paid, it wasn't worth it. Very few amenities in the ... rooms such as personal coffee makers, mini bars, and only one set of towels each. Very basic. You got a clean room and a quiet room with a tv and bathroom and that is it. The casino is somewhat of a letdown as well. We went to other casinos for a better gaming experience. The buffet on sunday for lunch was okay but nothing special.

the hotel may be old but the rooms are very big and perfect for woman. My friends and I were spread out all over that room ... and it we didnt feel crowded. Best of all were the two bathrooms which was great!

the Tropicana has great clubs and we didnt have to pay to get in and the drinks were cheap! we went during middle of the week not knowing that almost all the clubs only opened on fri and sat nights. Luckily the Tropicana was our mid-week salvation.

Tropicana is at the opposite end of boardwalk and you just have to take a push cart on the boardwalk. they r guys that push you in a cart where ever you want to go. it cost a lot but you can bargin!!!!!! that is the party place!!! I would have stayed there but it just cost to much!!!!!!!
