Nice Hotel, but AC woke me up...alot

We were house hunting for a weekend as we are relocating to the Sacramento area soon. The location and quality of the hotel ... was good. I was just disappointed with the noise that the AC made- and we needed it as it was 102 degrees. I waking up every 45 min to the rattling sound of the AC turning on and off.

My husband and I loved this hotel. It was comfortable, very clean, and felt as close to home as one can be in a hotel. It ... was like living in a studio apartment with all the amenities. Great location!

Our son's first statement was "Wow, could I trade this room for my college dorm? I could live here quite nicely." Simply ... the most plush decor of any suite we have ever stayed in. The hotel is in a beautiful location, adjacent to the Capitol Park. Less than 10 miles to the airport. A great job making the outside pool and hot tub an intimate setting for a downtown location.

The complimentary self serve breakfast included a wide selection of carbs and proteins in a very comfortable setting. The dinnerware was a welcome replacment of the usual foam and plasticware of the cheaper places.

This is a best kept secret. It's surrounded in downtown Sacramento by $200/night hotels and this one at this price beats them ... all by a mile. Spacious, super contemporary, full function kitchen, two room apt with a LCD flat panel TV in each room for 1/2 the price of a hotel room. And the rest of the hotel is smartly decorated as well. And breakfast was fantastic; full breakfast, not a half hearted continental breakfast.
