Wonderful free breakfast and it was also in close proximity to downtown charlotte. Beautifully decorated hotel and had ... accessible parking. Room could be cleaner after daily room service. Would definitely go back to this residence inn whenever I'm in Charlotte.

The room was great-very spacious with living room area and kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean! Within a block of Bank ... of America stadium. Good hot breakfast. Service was also top-notch.! No pool tho' :-(

I was unaware of the parking fees until I was leaving.I didn't really think the restaurant staff should be sitting around ... waiting for someone to come in. I felt like I was intruding on a place that wasn't opened.

The Residence Inn Uptown was very comfortable, like a small apartment. We usually stay here do to the fact that we are in ... Charlotte for football games and the hotel is right across the street from Bank of America Stadium. It is also walking distance to down town Charlotte, which has several museums, Discovery Place and some great restaurants. It also has easy access to the freeway, so getting around is very easy. They have a limited restaurant in the hotel with a kids menu and room service. The food is good. They also have a complimentary breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly, especially the older gentleman who works in the restaurant!!!

The Residence Inn-Uptown Charlotte is about the only hotel I care to stay at when we come to Panthers or Bobcats games. The ... rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is excellent. We especially like Deidre who went out of her way back in August to make my son and I feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast is very good. This hotel also provides free shuttle service to the uptown area, Time Warner Arena, and various restaurants. We feel safe at the Residence Inn-Uptown. The wired internet service for each room is also a plus.
