They did not have my Orbitz reservation when I arrived, even though I had paid thru Orbitz. This caused a long delay which ... they said was typical with Orbtiz. Eventually it was straightened out. However, they were nice about it and fortunately rooms were available.

very unpleasant experience, musty smell in the hotel. DINGY ROOM, BUGS CRAWLING IN THE ROOM AND BATHROOMS, SHEETS did not ... seem fresh. Would have walked out had we not arrived late at night. Horrible!!!
