The cost of a cab to go into AC was way too much. The cold water handle didn't work on our sink. Otherwise, it was a nice ... room. Would of liked to have a refrigerator and microwave.

My husband and I got there at 2:00 and check in time was 3 and the st allow us to check in at 2:00 also I ask for a micowave ... and a refrige and the gave me one at no extra coast the stay was nice and the price was great!!! we had just stayed at the Borgata for $369.00 a nite trust me the hotel it's not a BORGATA hotel but the price work if you are there to sleep for less then 8 hous

As soon as we walk in the room we noticed a musty smell and turned on the air conditioner hoping it would take away the ... smell. Later that night we returned there was still a smell but not quite as bad. I was not happy with the bathroom, especially the tub. Fortunately, I had showered that morning in another hotel room I stayed in the night before in Dover. I will not be making reservations at this hotel again. I was very surprised, because all other Ramada Inns I have stayed in have been pretty good.

It was not what i expected 1st of all the room was very small they gave you breakfast all right but frozen sandwiches i cup ... of coffee in the room the waffel maker didn't even work.The pool was full of bugs and it was foggy and worst of all the shower temp would change to cold.....I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone!!

When we put the address listed on cheaptickets into the GPS it said address not found. We called the hotel and they were very ... rude and informed us that they aren't actually in Atlantic City and that their real address is different. They gave us the new address, complete with a new city name. When we arrived the room was dirty and we felt ripped off. Had we known the condition and location of the room we would not have paid $150. They had said they were close to the water, when we inquired about that, the front desk clerk pointed to a fountain outside.

You get what you pay for. It was a cheap price, so I didn't expect much. The hotel was clean, and the pool was relaxing ... with plenty for lounge chairs! There was a shuttle to and from the casinos on certain nights. That was helpful!

The location of the hotel was it's best feature. Upon check in, the staff said there was a problem with my orbits ... reservation but that they would fix it. Then at check out, they said I owed them $66.00 in charges that weren't mine...they finally said they were looking at the wrong hotel room. The vending machines didn't work, almost no one spoke english and when I asked for change for the washing machine the front desk told me they had no change. Overall though, I couldn't beat the price since we were there for the beach and only at the hotel to sleep.

the hotel was clean,the bed was comfortable, the staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the attractions ... near by,such as the boardwalk, the aquarium,restaraunts and restaurants.

Crowded parking spots, staff was not friendly, the place smelled funny on both floors. I could smell the smoke from the ... smoking rooms because they were spaced throughout the hotel. The sink leaked water down the back. But, the room was clean and the location was excellent for what we wanted.

Would recommend to a friend!

The Ramada was very friendly and comfortable. We had a large room with 2 beds and space left to move around in. There was a ... fridge and a microwave which came in handy. We also liked the fact that there was a breakfast that had hot foods. Was a ways from downtown Atlantic City, but not bad since we had a car. Enjoyed the stay.

this was my first time staying at this hotel I was very happy with the amendities I enjoyed the fact that it was close to all ... the shore site i wanted to see. The breakfast added a special touch. I found it very relaxing to be able to have breakfast for an extened period of time rather than just one hour. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

i was told that the beach is beside the hotel and i don't really need the car for going there and i believed them but ... unfortunately when i reached there as it was my first time in atlantic city i spent about 200 dollars in days just on cabs which were taking more than 20 $ from the hotel to boardwalk ....

I thought the Clerk was rude and i had to insist on a non-smoking Room. The room they gave us was right next to the elivator ... and we heard the sound of the elivator sqeeking all night.

The Ramada in March seemed very cold and isolated. My resevations were for 2 adults, yet the bathroom had only 1 sink and we ... had to bathe in cold water. When I called the desk, there was no attention given to this matter. Furthermore, our beds were not made up. When I went down for breakfast the morning of my departure, I voiced my complaints at the front desk. I was later told that I would be granted a discount as compensation.

The Ramada West Alantic City was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two ... chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good, it was really close to Alantic City and there were restaurants very close. Also the staff was friendly and the pool on site was acommendating. Will stay there in the future to come and recommend to others.
