We had adjoining rooms which were good sized. Both had a Microwave and refrigerator, but one of the refrigerators wasn't ... working so well. No table, except for the desk and chair to sit and eat your food. Easy to get to and from Disneyland, about 4 miles and just down the street from Knotts Berry Farm. Overall, a good deal for the money.

It was very relaxing. Not a lot of kids which was perfect. The room was clean but the only bad thing was being put in the ... back of the building, the WiFi was pretty much non-existent. If you're not in need of this then the price, location and quietness was good.

Experience was fine the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative we had requested a handicap room and they only had ... one and was not available when we got there. Otherwise it was fine. I would recommend it! Love the breakfast daily saved a lot of money because of it.

When I saw a review of this hotel on [...] I figured it would be a great place for my daughter and I to stay while on our ... trip to Disneyland. Boy was I wrong ... The pool was dirty, there was no hot water in our room for the first nights stay, it is an over glorified Motel 6 ... in fact for the money spent I would have preferred a Motel 6. Then I was given a hard time for not providing a credit card at the time of check in. OHHHHH the continental breakfast was prepared by the housekeeper who probably doesn't even have a food handlers card. Overall, you can certainly do better than this place.The sheetrock was sagging at the joints in the ceiling and the tub had chunks missing out of it.

It was a big let down. Wasn't very clean, Mini-frig and Microwave which were just old relics... dirty and stained. We never ... sat in the old chairs provided, they too were stained. When it came to the bed it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard, we decided to not sleep under the covers if you know what i mean. The bathroom showerhead was taped in place so you couldn't adjust the waters direction, ohh and the toilet didn't seam to want to flush correctly!! The positives where that it was located down the street from Knotts, Mideivil Times, and one of my FAV fast food joints..... Rally's which we dont have in San Diego any more.

I really got a good price. Best one I could find it was nice and every one was very friendly the only thing was you could ... hear everything that was going on in the parking lot wished the windows would be double pane so it would block out the noise.

The Ramada was ok the price was great. The only thing was that we were a bit lost, we called the Ramada and the guy totally ... lost us from one corner to the other and was kind of not in a mood to help us get there weven though when we got there it was pretty lonely. Not that he is not a good worker maybe he is but at that precise moment he wasn't all there he should of just said i really don't know how to give directions and we weould of been fine with that response, that's what i do if I don't know. Better to speak up than giving a wrong direction. The room was not so clean there were a lot of ants, and the room he gave us out of all the ones that i saw from far away he gave us one that the heater was not in good use and you could tell by the towel they had outside by the door the heater was leaking, and there were plenty of more rooms. I am not a picky person but I believe in customer service skills because i work with cusomers 5 days a week 8 hours a day, at the end we tried to just make the best of it and had fun it's near disneyland, meedieval times, wax of museum, knotts, ripley's and many other attractions.

Refurbed, clean and great location

This was amazing value for money, one of the cheapest choices on this site but dont be put off by that. The rooms are ... spacious, cleaned every day with new carpet, furniture etc. The staff was very helpfull, they let us check in 4hrs earlier and were always available for any questions. Great breakfast and close to all attractions. Will definately stay here again
