Rooms and staff were nice. Our bedding was dirty...evidently had not been changed from last guest. The problem was corrected ... the next day as requested. Never got our wake-up calls...glad I was on vacation and didn't miss an important meeting!! Difficult to find a parking space due to entertainment in the evenings on the week-end.

We were there to attend a family reunion nearby. The hotel had everything we needed, including a wonderful location and full ... breakfast. The pool was clean. In addition, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had two rooms, one of which was "pet-friendly." The room was fine, but the carpet needed replacing. Our dog has been crate trained and is walked and does not "go" in the house--not even in her yard. There is probably no way you can predict who is going to be a meticulous pet owner and who is not, so we understand. In the other room, where we had two children sleeping, one bed's bedlinen was not changed even though the child had wet the bed. We thought this odd. We had stayed at this hotel before and liked it so we came back. We were not disappointed.

the on premisis restuarant provides excellant meals all day (breakfast,lunch,dinner) to satisfy all concerned. there are excellant restuarants with in walking distance of the hotel and also within a short drive.

Loved the breakfast! They had everything from fresh fruit to eggs, to Belgian Waffles, and everything you can think of in ... between. The room was clean and just redone with a granite counter in a large bathroom. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We needed help with one of our bags, and the maintenance man walking by came over, without us asking, to help. Comedy Club was also a lot of fun. Something fun and different for a change!

Great customer service from start to finish. I was greeted as I entered the lobby and was checked into my room by the ... friendly and courteous front desk clerk. My room was spacious and newly remodeled. The bathroom granite counter tops were fabulous. The hotel is located in a nice area with many shopping and dining options. The have security on premise which for a single women traveler was an absolute plus. The have a restaurant and lobby lounge as well as a comedy club right on premise. If I had stayed longer I would have enjoyed seeing a show. The free breakfast was great. Not just you coffee and donut here they offer the works from eggs to waffles and fruit. The restaurant servers were very friendly and very efficient. Check out was a breeze and with bill in hand and a complimentary bottled water to go I was on my way. I had a great experince from start to finish and will definitely return.

Housekeeping did not clean our rooms at all on Sunday. Houskeeper on Monday am ran me out of the room so she could clean it ... and we had two rooms. The other room was empty, yet she demanded to clean ours that we were still packing in first. It was only 1000am. Checkout was 12n. Maintenence sucked. One of our rooms the refrig. did not work the entire weekend and was never fixed. I was put on a second level and wanted first, and when i got there and found out, the would not change my room. We were next to the interstate, and wanted to be put in the other side and again, we could not switch rooms. Very unhappy.

The food was awesome other than that i was not satisfied. The bathroom was dirty when i first arrived. The light over the ... sink did not work. It took me 25 minutes to get a new iron and i had to walk down to the front desk to get it because the front desk did not answer. Hence making me late for my dinner arrangements. The main part of the hotel to the front desk is locked at 10 and security is constantly walking around. The area around the hotel is sketchy. It is also where they put all the marines leaving for school up to stay. Its not like i chose the cheapest hotel in the area. There were a lot more for less $$.
