This Ramada was convenient to all our destinations. The room was comfortable and included a king-sized bed with lots of ... pillows, a round table with two arm chairs and a desk with an executive chair. There was sufficient closet space and hangars and sufficient drawer space and lots of lights. Our only complaint was that the front desk staff were not particularly friendly and when we asked for our closing statement, they said that we have to get it from Orbitz. That's a new one on us. We've reserved hotel rooms on line before and have always gotten a closing statement at check-out. We'll be checking our credit card statement very carefully. The continental breakfast was adequate, but staff don't speak much English.

A Target store is next door, so if you need something in an emergency, you don't need to go far. You can walk there in just a couple of minutes. For those who like to bowl, there are also bowling lanes right there and an Italian restaurant is attached to the Ramada. A gas station is next door on the other side and had reasonable gas prices.

the hotel was in a great location. the staff was friendly and the amenities were great for the price. continental breakfast ... was great -- the pool however was green :( all in all a great stay. it's also right next door to a target and a bowling ally

We stayed for one night to attend a party in the area. This hotel is immediatly off of 695. With very easy on/off access. ... Access to the Inner Harbour area via 83S was very easy and quick.(Baltimore MD) Hotel is very dated, although very clean, fitness room is the size of a closet.

Close to Towson University. Nice enough for the price and clean. Close to Trader Joe's and Target which was helpful since we ... were traveling with an infant. Fridge and microwave were helpful additions to the room.

The hotel staff didn't clean the room after our 1st night there. The young girl at the front desk would not bring us clean ... towels, and told us we had to come get them. I complained to the staffabout the room not being clean. Bottom line is that I will never stay at his hotel again.

It took less than 1 minute to check in. The room was spotless and well maintained. The room had excellent features such as ... a microwave and lock box which you don't always' find. It was in a very convenient and safe area. A very pleasant experience

The bathroom was too small. The bedroom area was fine. The worst thing was to request extra pillows in the room. Even though ... we called several times, the pillows were never delivered. In addition, we tried to call the main desk in the morning from outside the hotel several times and were never able to get anybody to answer the phone. I wouldn't recomend it to any friend. My conclusion for this hotel is that they don't care about customer service.

The Ramada Baltimore West in Pikesville was very comfortable and good accessibility from the main roads. Easy to go out for ... shopping in neighborhood or malls in distance, and even for a trip to Inner harbor or some other fun places in Baltimore. The room and other options were great value for money. I didn't use any restaurants or business center of the hotel. So I can't make any comments on those. I will recommend the hotel to my friends. I will also use the hotel next time when I visit my daughter.
