The service was great from the moment I arrived. Very courteous and professional front desk. They were very helpful with our ... requested and calls to them while staying. Maintenance and room service staff were great as well. I unexpectedly had to stay an extra day, because my guest was rushed to the hospital. The staff was very sensitive to my needs when it came to having to stay past check out time due to being at the emergency room. And also assisted me in switching rooms when I had to stay to visit my guest that was hospitalized. Kudos to a very helpful staff! My only con is that the rooms are a bit small, and old and outdated looking. Walls were a bit thin. I could hear when the room next to me was taking a shower or flushing the toilet.

The hotel was in a prime location, a stones throw from the inner harbor and gallery mall. The room was clean, check in and ... check out was quick and painless. The harbor is filled with great eats, including Uno pizzeria, M&S grill, the cheesecake factory and LaTesca Spanish Tapas restaurant. Good location + good service = good time.

Needed a room for the night while visiting friends for the evening. Very restful and quite location. For the price I wasn't ... expecting a breath taking view of the Inner Harbor, but upon opening the curtains I was greeted by Air Conditioners and the top of a roof littered with empty soda bottles and cigarettes. No sunlight was able to reach our window, which was fine considering our night before. Pretty standard hotel. Better than a Quality or Hampton Inn and about two grades away from a Hilton or Kimpton Hotel. If you have the money stay at a Kimpton Hotel. Sets the standard for all hotels. Other than that, Great location, very friendly and professional staff (Kudos!), and comfortable bed (Sleep Number Bed, a little awkward with the wired control pad attached to bed, maybe a little tacky). Overall an above average experience.

Inner Harbor: la Tasca Tapas Restaurant was such a treat. Perfect for a couple, great sangria (a little weak though, try a few bottles of wine instead) and every Saturday night they have Flamenco Dancers which was a nice treat!

During the day, front desk people were VERY nice and helpful. After 4 or 5 pm it was hit or miss with someone who would help ... you or just answer a question with a smile. I'm a coffee drinker and to have to go off site after 5 pm for a cup of coffee just seemed silly. Also, the parking...it's handled by an outside company...not helpful at all. And expensive! $15.00 a day if you park it yourself and $31.00 a day if they do it for you.

Don't eat at Don Shula's 2 across the street unless you have your American Express Card and can earn points! We ate lite and with tip it was $60.00 for two with NO drinks.

GOOD LOCATION TO ATTEND A YANKEES / ORIOLES GAME - ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK. ROOMS WERE NICE - BUT SMALL. BELL SERVICE WAS ... EXCELLENT - YOUNG LADY TOOK US TO OUR ROOM AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN GREAT DETAIL. WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THAT WE WANTED A ROOM WITH A KING SIZED BED. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 2 PM, THERE WEREN'T ANY READY YET, SO WE WERE TOLD TO COME BACK AFTER 3 AND WE'D GET A KING SIZED BED. WE RETURNED AT 3:30 PM AND STILL ENDED UP WITH A QUEEN SIZED. OTHER THAN THAT, NO COMPLAINTS.

The staff was friendly but the restaurant was short staffed and it took for ever to be seated and order. Baltimore is great ... please and we enyoyed the in harbor and the water taxi. Plenty of resturant and bars. Very Fun place. We also went to Camden Yards to see the Oreles, Very nice ball park.

The staff went out of their way to help us with directions, recommendations of resturants and any other questions we had. We ... used the valet parking and even though it was pricey I would use it again. Its worth the money having your car brought right to the front door anytime you wanted it.

The room key card did not work daily therefore I had to obatin new key cards daily. (These key cards were necessary to even ... start the elevator). The TV remote did not work, and daily during the free breakfast and "happy hour" they would run out of food and drinks. The hotel manager then offered me a "free" movie that I was not able to obtain through the intrahotel system on the TV - This facility has a lot to be desired.

I would not walk around to go anywhere at night - do to the multiple strip clubs and homeless people that are around the hotel.

We only stayed a couple nights during the week at the Radisson. The hotel was only a couple of blocks to inner harbor which ... was great. Parking, unfortunately, at the hotel was 2 options: either pay $31/day for valet and be able to come and go whenever; OR park at a nearby garage (which we did) for $18 for 24 hours. This became a pain when we needed to come back from sight seeing to get ready for dinner. We tried street parking but for some reason it only allowed 45 minutes so it really messed up our plans for the night. I didn't know what to expect or considered how parking would be in the city. For the most part, we were able to pay for $2 for 2 hour street parking at the machines.

We visited the B&O Railroad Museum on Pratt St. Admission was $14 per adult and you were able to board some of the older passenger trains to see what it was like. There's a small air conditioned snack shop and toward the end of the week they have train rides (they weren't running when we went on Tuesday). Go straight to the Inner Harbor! The financial district had beautiful buildings - but no entertainment. Go over to the Hard Rock, then hang a left at that block and go to the Power Plant Live. LOTS of bars, live music, etc. It was unlike anything we ever expected!!
