Stayed at the hotel on a business trip to Salt lake City. The hotel service was average. The coffee pot in the room had a ... dead fly in it. So the room service attendant does not do a proper job. The TV is outdated, noisy and poor reception. Recommend upgrading the TV - having flat screen other hotels have switched!Poor internet service as already started. Liked the comfortable bed and otherwise clean and spacious rooms. No room service morning paper delivery. Not a favorite hotel of mine.

Upon arrival staff did not encode the room key card and had to go back to the lobby to correct the problem. Room key ... continously demagnetized. Breakfast buffet was ok, eggs were dry and did not taste right. I suggest finding another location for breakfast.

This hotel was great with clean rooms, great service and a wonderful (but kind of small) pool. The location is great. It is ... quite close to Downtown Salt Lake City and is very close to KSLC, or Salt Lake City International Airport. Hotel is great; highly recommend it.

this hotel had a nice happy hour. The spa was great after skiing and the room was very comfortable. The shuttle driver was ... very helpful and took me to the airport at 5:30 am. Overall this was a great place to stay before an early morning flight in Salt lake City.

While the hotel graciously accommodated an early check-in, the staff was poorly trained which caused the manager to ... intervene. Unfortunately he was very condescending and unprofessional to his new front desk person and, hence, to us. I was more disappointed at his behavior than that of the new employee. He ultimately made an error on our check-in causing us to be locked out of our room after one night, when we were styaing for two. The hotel restaurant & housekeeping staff were delightful and pleasant. Appreciated the close-ish proximity to town, complimentary hotel parking and online access & printing.
