The Radisson Hotel was quiet, clean (non-smoking), and is located in an area with many selections and styles for restaurant ... dining. And the hotel is also located in a prime center for business if your trip is for work. Reagan airport is nearby as well. Easy access to the Crystal City Metro gives additional choices to other areas for sight-seeing and dining. This metro also provides convenient means to more businesses and the Pentagon if your trip is for work. Best of all was the easy booking through [...] and this hotel accepts both credit and debit cards. If I have the time, I would like to return soon for another stay. Thank you!

At $69 a night this was a great deal, 2 blocks to the metro, safe and super clean hotel, parking was $20 per night, kids swam ... at neighboring indoor pool, kids got a huge kick out of the sleep number mattresses, felt like they were in a water bed! Metro ride to Smithsonian was approx 10 minutes!!

I appreciated the hotel shuttle, as well as the proximity to multiple restaurants and the Metro line. However, meals, ... especially breakfast, were horribly overpriced. Was about a 15 minute walk(5 minute Metro ride) from a major mall and also on two major Metro lines and that was just a five minute walk or shuttle away. In addition, curtains close weird, so spent several days sleeping with the windows open. Very clean and quiet.

Guests in the adjoining room came in at 11:30PM and woke us up 2 nights in a row. That is not necessarily the hotel's fault, ... but a differently designed room could have helped. Also, I reserved a room with a King bed and was given 2 double beds.

Had gone on a 3-day trip with my girlfriend. We asked to be picked up from the DCA airport. The shuttle was a bit delayed ... (took around 20 mins to reach). The hotel front-desk staff was courteous and helpful. There are a few dining options even late at night. "Mom's Pizza" is recommended. We did not try anything from the hotel restaurant. The location for this hotel is really good. Two blocks from Cyrstal City metro. Downtown DC is 15 minutes away. There is also a Fashion Center mall at Pentagon City nearby - with the regular mall tenants. There are quite a few restaurants located a block away from the hotel - Greek, Italian, Ethiopean and a few chains too. Hotel room had a mini refrigrator and a microwave - those were helpful. Hotel didnt have bottled water, so got those from a 7-11 nearby :) The bed seemed a bit small for two - but it was manageable. The only sore point was that the bathroom didnt have a tub and that left the floor messy. Other than that, this is a reasonable place.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while we toured museums in D.C. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was ... clean and comfortable. We found the room for a great rate, but after additional fees were added on it wasn't so great. The hotel charges $20/day for parking and charges $9-$14 for breakfast. The parking fee is understandable because of the location, but we thought a free continental breakfast would have been included when we paid $125/night. We went to Dunkin Doughnuts for breakfast instead of eating at the hotel. As a customer I would rather have these fees added on to the total price so I can plan on what I'll be spending. Despite the extra fees it was a nice, clean hotel with very nice staff.

We (four of us) stayed for a night. We all experienced great service with clean rooms at easily accessible location. Metro ... service is at the airport, where the hotel's shuttle can pick up / drop off. We enjoyed silent environment inside. The overall experience was very much pleasant.

Nice! There is a shuttle that takes you to the hotel from the airport and the Metro is about 2 blocks away...very easy walk. ... The metro is super easy to use and it will take you right into DC. The hotel is across the street from the Crystal City plaza which has a bunch of shops and places to eat. Nice walking area.

One of the waitresses in the one restaurant inside the hotel was so informative when we asked about nearby shopping areas. She gave us directions to Pentagon City in Arlington, Vriginia. This was literally a 4 minute drive. This is a beautiful and modern mall with stores like Vic. Secret, Anne Taylor, Movado, Guess, and a slew of others. Also right next to it there is a Macys. (Tax in VA is only 5% compared to NYC 8.75%). Lastly, across the street at Pentagon Centre there is a Borders, Linens and Things, Costco and a Marshalls!
